Shangzhong piston ring Co., Ltd was founded in 1994. Factory moved from Zhejiang province to Anhui province in 2007, and Anhui factory covers an area of 35000 square meters; to be specific, the construction area has 25000 square meters. Currently, there are over 200 employees in our company, in which technicians occupy more than 20%.

We are specialized in producing brand of 'Shangzhong' piston ring which can be used in the majority of gasoline and diesel engines in the world; in another word, we can produce more than 6000 categories of piston rings. And our products have been exported all over the world in which our products have been very popular in the whole piston ring market. Besides, we have been awarded ISO/TS 16949 and ISO9002 certificates.

In recent years, we have introduced professional piston ring facilities, which include Inside & Outside Profile Modeling Lathe, High Precision Double-side Grinder, Automatic Beveling Machine, Opening Trimming Machine, machine control unite type DNC, the German-made (PSA-10K) trapezoid grinder, Japanese-made Digital Moulding Grinder (R-4MG-1), Swiss-made(M-1100C) Plasma Molybdenum Machine, etc. Besides, we also have set up a production line of casting which can produce rough rings (raw material), 5 production lines for producing oil rings which are sets of 3 pieces, and 2 production lines for steel rings. In addition, we also have a series of surface treatment, such as heating treatment, nitrogen treatment, phosphating, chrome plating, tin plating and molybdenum-coated. Moreover, we have our own professional chemical lab and quality testing center.
